The structure-prosody interface of restrictive and appositive relative clauses in Dutch and German

The paper describes a focused experiment contrasting the prosody of restrictive relative and appositive relative clauses in Dutch and German. The experiments, using prosodically manipulated utterances, indicate a strong contrast between the prosody of the two types of clauses in Dutch, and no such contrast for German.
